Are the stones natural, and what is gold vermeil?
Every gemstone we set is 100% natural — garnet, amethyst, aquamarine, emerald, ruby, peridot, sapphire, opal, topaz or tanzanite — never glass or lab spill. Gold vermeil means a thick 18k gold layer over solid 925 sterling silver, far heavier plating than fashion jewelry. Each piece arrives with a stone authenticity card.
How long does shipping take?
Because your piece is made to order around your stone or sign, we need 2-4 business days to set and finish it. US delivery then takes 6-12 days with tracking sent to your email. Every parcel leaves in its midnight gift box, ready to give.
What is your return policy for personalized pieces?
Pieces you personalize — a chosen birthstone, zodiac sign or family stone set — are made just for you and cannot be returned unless faulty, so please double-check your selection at checkout. Faulty or damaged items are replaced or refunded within 30 days, at our cost. Non-personalized designs can be exchanged unworn within 30 days.
How do I choose the right ring size?
Measure your finger at the end of the day with a strip of paper or a soft tape, snug but not tight, and match the millimeters to our size chart. Our rings run US sizes 5-9 and are true to size. If you are between sizes, take the larger one — rings should glide, not grip.
Does it come gift-ready?
Yes — every order arrives in our midnight-blue gift box with a gold star clasp, tucked inside a soft pouch. You can add a personal gift note at checkout, and we never include prices in the parcel. It is ready to hand over the moment it arrives.
How do I care for gold vermeil and gemstones?
Follow the golden rule: last on when you dress, first off when you undress. Keep pieces away from water, perfume and lotion, and wipe them gently with the polishing cloth provided. Stored in their pouch, the gold glow and the stones' fire will last for years.
